He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Bartley, Jr.; and his grandparents, James Bartley, Jessie and Betty Blair. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Dean Bartley and Laura Jean Blair Bartley; and his grandmother Peggy Bartley.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Memorial Park (163 Johnson Cemetery Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
