He is survived by: his wife Wilma Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY; his sons, Daniel Wayne Caudill of Pikeville, KY and Michael Shane Caudill (Tiffany) of Elkhorn City, KY; his grandsons, Ian and Isaiah Caudill; and his siblings, Daryl Caudill (Welma) of Elkhorn City, KY, Shirley Caudill Roberts (Leonard Roberts) of Elkhorn City, KY, Ina Sue Whitaker (Wayne) of Halie, KY and Chris Abshire.
