He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Michael Toliver of Detroit Michigan, Jacqueline F. Coleman (Toliver) of Madison, Teresa Toliver of Green Bay and Yvonne Toliver of New Orleans, Louisiana.; and his children, Rev. Tammra Turner (James) of Bowling Green, Timothy Clark Osborne of Nashville, Rev. Spencer Keith Osborne of Elkton, Janice C. DaCosta of Charlotte, Alan Clark Toliver of Columbia and Daniel Ray Toliver of Columbia. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
