He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Baker and Mary McQuithey Baker; his sisters, Evelyn Baker and Earline Gray; and his granddaughter Angela Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Baker of Elkton; his children, Ronnie Baker (Rhonda) of Allegre and Debra C. Powell (Tony) of Allegre; his sisters, Alice Russell of Hopkinsville, Elvira Baker of Elkton and Alma Earls of Elkton; his grandchildren, Charlie Powell, Brad Baker, Andrea Baker Hardison and Christian Powell; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Carter and Knox Johns.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Services (720 W Main St, Elkton, KY 42220). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery Stokes Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pennyroyal Hospice or Gideons International.
