We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2026 we had to say goodbye to George Power of Elkton, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin and Marion Frances Chesnut Power; his wife Polly Glenn Ogden Power; and his brother Paul Power. He is survived by: his children, David Power (Teri) of Elkton, Jeff Power (Sandy) of Elkton and Judy Gilliam of Nashville, TN; his brother John Robert Power of Elkton; and his grandchildren, Rachel Jensen (Beau), Travis Power, Beth Coop (Scott), Kyle Power (Elizabeth) and Katlyn Brown (JonMike). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to Todd Co. Youth Services, Petrie Memorial Methodist Church, Pleasant Grove Church of Christ or charity of your choice.
