She is survived by: her son Roger Mayes (Donna) of Elkton, KY; her sister Mary Griffith of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Guier (Chris) of Pembroke, KY and Patrick Mayes (Sarah) of Elkton; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Caden Guier, Ava and Samuel Mayes.
