She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Bivins and Lula Dukes Bivins; her children, James Shelton and Angela Shelton; and her siblings, Glendal, Paul Ray, Donald, Freddie (Darrell Bivins) and Lucille Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lear (Debbie) of Elkton, Scott Shelton (Beth) of Elkton, Larry Keith Shelton (Cindy) of Crofton, Teresa Cannon of Elkton, Stacie Shelton of Elkton, Patricia Shelton of Elkton, Mable Meece of Carrollton and Tina Terpening (Mort) of Hopkinsville; and her sister Louise Morris of Greenville, Kentucky. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren and thirty-five great grandchildren.
