She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Binkie and Margaret Stone Binkie; her husband Wilburt Johnson; and her son Richard Schmid, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Greg Schmid (Faye) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Kathy Begin (Al) of Florida and Daphne Schmid of Washington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
