She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey Belcher and Edith Rakes Dingess; her stepfather Ray Dingess; her son Damien Scott Bullion; and her siblings, Daisy Mae Belcher, Okey Belcher Jr., Ronald Belcher and Ronnie Belcher.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Victoria "Dee" Bullion of Pleasant View, TN; and her siblings, Elvis Belcher of Elkton, Emory Belcher of West Virginia and Wanda Sammons of Columbus. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
