He was predeceased by: his parents, E. P. "Putt" Latham and Nancy Boyd Latham; and his son Robert Michael Latham. He is survived by: his wife Betty Latham of Elkton; his children, Michael Todd Latham of Cadiz and Beth Latham Casey (Chad) of Elkton; his grandchildren, Karen Latham Griffy (Josh) of Clarksville, TN, Kevin Latham (Harley) of Herndon, Carley Casey of Elkton and Edye Casey of Elkton; and his great grandchildren, Marlon, Sydney, Davis Griffy, Myles, Kinlee and Harper Latham.
