She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Randolph Higgins and Lynda Darlene Strader Eggers. She is survived by: her stepmother Theresa Rowe Higgins of Florida; her siblings, Jason Higgins of Elkton and Robyn Poyner of Elkton; and her half-sisters, Stacy Webb of Tennessee, Candee Poley of Florida and Brandi Averill of Florida.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Latham Funeral Home (413 E Main St, Elkton, KY 42220). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
