He is survived by: his wife Sara Bertha-Lewis; his children, Tony Lewis (Stephanie) and Roxanne Davis; his siblings, David Lewis (Monique) and Charmaine Ware (Michael); his stepchildren, Xavier Little (Jermaine), Macke, William Bertha and Savenia Miles (Robert); and his siblings' children, Rashad Lewis, Angelia Henry and Jamie Buckner.
