He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Mae Torain and WIlliam Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sara Bertha-Lewis; his children, Tony Lewis (Stephanie) and Roxanne Davis; his siblings, David Lewis (Monique) and Charmaine Ware (Michael); his stepchildren, Xavier Little (Jermaine), Macke Bertha (William) and Savenia Miles (Robert); and his siblings' children, Rashad Lewis, Angelia Henry and Jamie Buckner.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gamble Funeral Home (1311 Liberty St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
