“Rosie, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Dennis for many years and he helped me so much when I first started at Gold Medal whenever I needed help with parts. His knowledge of parts was impressive. He was the best Tech Service person that Gold Medal ever had and we sure miss him around here.
