He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Tony" Serra and Mary (Hamm); his wife Shirley Serra; and his son Robert Serra. He is survived by: his children, Michael Serra (Theresa), Frank Serra Jr. (Jonine) and Shannon Serra. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati in Frank's honor.
