He was predeceased by : his parent Vernecia Boyd Perry; and his brother Jason Perry. He is survived by : his parent Jackie Perry; his children, Stephen Perry of Covington, KY and Gemma Perry; and his sisters, Tiffany Davis of Hazard and Stacy Perry of Prestonsburg.
