He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Anna Parker Bell; and his brother James W Bell. He is survived by: his son Joey Bell (Tonia); his grandchildren, Travis Bell (Sandy Saint Fort) and Danielle Bell; his great grandchild Timothy Bell; and his brother George Bell.
