He is survived by : his wife Judy Milliner (Brewer) of Eminence; his daughter Regina Milliner-Heightchew (Roy) of Eminence; his siblings, Jane Flick of Pocahontas, VA. and Edward Lee Milliner (Peggy) of Pocahontas, VA; and his grandchildren, Nicolas Heightchew of New Castle and Keely Parks (Josh) of Campbellsburg.
