He was predeceased by : his stepgranddaughter Stephanie Michelle Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Clay (Smith) of Eminence; his stepdaughter Christel Johnson (Ronald) of Kansas City, MO; his stepgranddaughter Kayla Johnson; and his siblings, Rev. Donna Brown and Andrew "Andy" Clay.
