It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Ruth (Fielder) Posas of Eminence, Kentucky, born in Georgetown, Texas, who passed away on November 22, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Berthel Fielder and Mary Katherine Wininger; her husband Manual Posas, Jr.; and her son John Wayne Reynolds. She is survived by : her daughters, Starr Lowery of Eminence, Frances Strube of Ballinger, TX and Cynthia Reynolds of Marmet, WV.; and her stepbrother Charles Berthel Fielder, Jr. of University City, TX.
