She was predeceased by: her mother Juanita Oliver Clem; her stepfather J. B. Clem; her father Russell Allnutt; her brother Joe Allnutt; her sibling's children, Debbie Allnutt and Willy Allnutt; Jack Purvis.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her daughters, Leslie, Brandie Purvis and Gypsy; and her sibling's children, Mike Allnutt, Gary Dees and Teresa Allnutt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Prewitt Eminence Funeral Home (5901 S Main St, Eminence, KY 40019). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
