She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Watson and Iva Watson (Arrowood); her husband Kesler Noe; her son William Noe; and her brother Joseph Watson.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Noe (Tracy) of Eminence and Mike Noe (Penny) of Smithfield; and her brother Arthur Watson (Patty) of Leitchfield.
