He is survived by : his wife Vicki Kelly of Eminence; his children, Tammy Carpenter (James) of Vine Grove, Jason Kelly of Carrollton, Teresa Hill (Eric) of Shelbyville, David Osbourne of Eminence, Bryan Kelly of Owenton, Tonya Gibson of Campbellsburg, Lisa Tindal of Vine Grove and Tracy Beverly of Eminence; and his sisters, Teresa Graham of Madison, IN, Rebecca Kelly of Carrollton and Marie Kelly of Carrollton.
