Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Sweeney Winsor and Steve Winsor of Eminence; his son Donovan Sweeney of Carrollton; his siblings, Ashley Winsor of Texas and Austin Winsor of Trimble County; and his friends, Candice Morton, James Gillock, Joey Gillock and Taylor Cole.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (1144 Main St, Shelbyville, KY 40065).
Flowers are welcome, and expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
