He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Napier and Mary Noble Napier; his nephew Corey Godsey; and his half-brother James Lee Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Ethan Mullins and Kaitlyn Mullins; his grandchild Kayson Mosley; his sister Mollie Ann Napier; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Godsey, Hannah Godsey and Gavin Hicks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
