He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Lewis and Ruby Maggard Lewis; and his siblings, Ruth, Myrel, Cora Lee, Jean and Judy.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Lewis Sturgill, James Fairley Lewis Jr. (Jim) and Brian Lewis (Cindi); and his siblings, Lester (Ossie), Joey (Linda), Jack Tom (Gayle), Chester, Becky Frerichs (Steve) and Carol Rayburn (Terry).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858).
