We bid farewell to Adam R. Johnson of Erlanger, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 14, 2026 at the age of 46. Adam touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Mona Conley Purvis, Price and Grace Hanks Johnson; his uncles, Gary Mills, Gary Lucas, Bobby Johnson, Billy Johnson, Johnny Johnson and Daryl Campbell; and his aunt Barb Johnson (Peggy Johnson).
He is survived by: his parents, Ron Johnson and Bev Johnson; his brothers, Steve Johnson (Heather) and Matt Johnson (Gemma); his nieces and nephews, Maddie Martin, Alice Daly, Jessica Daly, Cole Johnson and Anthony Hidden; his aunts and uncles, Dolores Lucas, Toni Mills, Sandy Dotson (Danny), Steve Purvis (Tryi), Richard Johnson (Peggy), Gary Johnson (Jeannette), Carol Campbell and Marvin Johnson; and his cousins, Carrie Dotson, Jaci Price (Bob), Shelly Fogel (Lee), John Lucas, Chris Lucas, Aimee Ralph (Michael), Leigh Ann Johnson, Eric Johnson (Julie), Jason Johnson (Sherenee), Charlie Johnson (Sarah), Andrew Johnson, James Johnson (Valerie), Richard Johnson (Ali), Jennifer McKinney (Bill), April Collins and Josh Collins (Rebecca). He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
