In loving memory of Barbara Ann Lancaster of Erlanger, Kentucky, who departed this world on December 7, 2025 at the age of 72. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Vorholzer and Betty Vorholzer; and her husband Daniel Lee Lancaster. She is survived by: her son Danny Lancaster (Alissa); her grandsons, Trip and TJ Lancaster; her sister Connie Knochelman (Jim); her siblings' children, Dawn, Brandi and Brian; and her brother Allen Vorholzer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery (2167 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017).
