She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Karshner and Shirley Karshner (Zurbriggen); her husband Clifton Varner; and her sister Deborah Beard. She is survived by: her children, Kimberlee Palmer (Sean) and Brandon Karshner; her grandchildren, Aiden and Abigail Palmer; her siblings, Cindy Williamson (Paul Wayne) and Kenneth Karshner; and her nieces, Chasity, Heather (Mike), Amy (Nick), Danielle, Jessica and Ryan.
