He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Berhiet and Janet Berhiet; his stepfather William Maxwell; his son Garrett T. Berhiet; and his sisters, Margaret Coontz and Judith Wilcox.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda G. Berhiet; his daughter Anagail R. Berhiet; and his siblings, Leslie Beck (Robert), Janet Lang and Richard Berhiet (Karen). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
