He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Vaughan and Mildred Vaughan; his son James W. "Jimmy" Vaughan; his siblings, Beverly Wolfe and Thomas Vaughan; his niece Amy Broughton; his nephew Richard Stanfield; his grandson Brandon Bryant; and his pet Pretty Boy.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Vaughan; his children, Lisa Bryant (Chris), Michele Connett (Shawn), Sherry Wymer (Scott) and Theresa Allen (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jessica Holloway (Michael), Alicia Vaughan, Doug Bryant (Christine), Dylan Bryant (Jill), Matthew Bryant (Hannah Andino-Gautier), TJ Connett, Samantha Moore (Bradley), Allen Connett, Emily Wymer, Adam Wymer, Riley Allen, Landon Allen, William Allen and Jace Allen; his great grandchildren, Tenley, Everley, Nolan, Amelia, Lucas and William; his siblings, Joseph Michael Broughton (Debbie) and Patty Chinn (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Jon Wolf, Lynn Whistner, Scott Broughton, Michelle Stanfield, John Stanfield, Alesha Meyn and Alex Chinn; his pet Cutie; LeeAnn Michalek (George).
