He was predeceased by : his wife Virginia Neal; his daughter Monica Neal Barton; and his siblings, Ruth Johnson and Eddie Neal. He is survived by : his children, John Neal Jr., Martha McDonald (Bob), Charles Neal, Jeannie Smith, Bill Neal (Kathy) and Patricia Sparks (Rick); and his sisters, Ann Adams and Betty Gunning. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
