He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Welp and Muriel Welp; and his wife Carol Welp. He is survived by: his children, Larry Welp (Tracey), Melissa Dryer (Brian), Amy Dorsey (John) and Scott Welp (Addison). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
