Though Lisa may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father Jackie Callicoat. She is survived by: her son Patrick Stortz Jr.; her husband Patrick Dale Stortz Sr.; her daughters, Samantha Dianne (RJ Collard), Shelby Dawn and Savannah Danielle Stortz; her granddaughter Alice Wren Collard; her mother Ester "Nanny" Callicoat; and her brother Gary "Leon" Callicoat (Rhonda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
