She was predeceased by: her parents, Bleve Eaton and Ethel Eaton; her husband Elza Clayton West, Sr.; and her sister Dorothy Presley (Benny). She is survived by: her children, Woodson Lee West (Angie), Elza Clayton West, Jr., Russell West (Belinda), Carl Scherder, Jr. (Christy) and Gary West; and her siblings, Bobby Eaton (Barbara), Imogene Strong (Eugene) and Betty James Buckler. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
