He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Sullivan and Alma Mae Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Jack Seifert. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sullivan; his siblings, Kathleen Seifert and Pat Sullivan (Judy); and his children, Timothy Joseph Sullivan (Erica), Kevin Michael Sullivan (Michelle) and Angela Noel Schlueter (Eric).
