He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra White; his mother Alice Spotz; his brother David White; and his uncles, Joe Zimmerman and Ralph Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott White (Anna Bonham-White), Richard White (Diane), Curt White (Minnie) and William White; and his sister Charlotte Auth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
