He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall A. Cochran I and Lorraine Cochran (Midge). He is survived by: his wife Jane Burch Cochran; his brother Dennis Cochran (Johanna) of Rabbit Hash; and his nephews, Christopher and Kevin.
