It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Sacksteder Small of Erlanger, Kentucky, born in Newport, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Sacksteder and Margaret Sacksteder; her son Jim Small; and her brother Kenny Sacksteder. She is survived by : her husband Arthur W. Small; her daughters, Karen Sandker (Tom), Connie Neiheisel (Jerry) and Cindy Mihalovich (Bo); her grandchildren, Greg Neiheisel (Mindee), Patrick Sandker, Chris Sandker, Rebecca McHargue (Brandon), Megan Hoke (Matthew) and Emily Mihalovich; her great grandchild Brooks McHargue; and her siblings, LaVerne Duell, Margie Turner, Judy Hoffman and Dan Sacksteder.
