He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Alfred Jacobs and Jeanne Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Sally Jacobs; his sons, Craig (Chas), Brent (Liz), Scott (Alli) and Todd Jacobs (Amy); his grandchildren, Madison, Carson Claire, Griffin, Olivia, Everley, Greyson, Henry, Amelia and Charlie; and his siblings, Dr. Alfred "Chip" Jacobs (Dori), Tom Jacobs (Claudia), Mark Jacobs (Julie), Dr. Paul Jacobs (Jennifer), Jeanne Mershon (Charlie) and Chris Dunlevy (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
