He is survived by: his wife Diane Lowe of Ermine; his children, Jeremy Sturgill (Skye) of Kingdome Come and Kendra Gilbert (Chris) of Linefork; his siblings, Arnold Lowe of Whitesburg, Thomas Lowe of Deane, Gaye Colley of Doty Creek, Ann Breeding of Blackey and Mary Blair of Little Colley, Kentucky.; and his grandson Soren Blue Sturgill.
