He is survived by: his parent Coleene Caudill Hart; his brothers, Anthony Hart (Trena) of Cram Creek and Stephen Bryce Hart (Wendy) of Clarksville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Summer Melton (Donovan) and Malakie Hart; and his great grandchild Brinkley Melton.
