He is survived by: his wife Jessie Adams Perry; his sister Sherry Howard (Mike) of Ermine; his aunt Linda Addington Clark (David) of Whitesburg; his nephews, Jacob Sexton (Katelyn) of Mayking, Jared Sexton of Indiana and Adam Howard of Whitesburg; his niece Tasha Bailiff (Cory) of Ermine; and his friend Gabe Craft.
