He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Bert and Martha Haynes Webb; his wife Betty Jo Goodman Webb; and his siblings, Caleb Webb, Wiley Webb, James Webb, Carl "Cossie" Webb, Leona Addington, Louise Addington, Edna Mae Combs, Elsie Adams, Lettie McSlarrow and Nannie Lois Pease.
He is survived by: his children, Van O'Neal Webb Jr. (Teresa) of Ermine, Jimmy Bert Webb (Dana) of Florence, Alabama and Pam Pratt (Erbie) of Ermine; his grandchildren, Heather, Josh, Cory, Jason, Monica, Ray and Taneisha; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Gracie, Jonavon, Jathan, Kylie, McKaila, Amberlie Jo, Adeline of Aurelia, J. C., Jacob, Tobias, Tytus, Samuel and Harrison; and his great great grandchild Jasper.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Peoples Fundamental Baptist Church.
