He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Napier and Lona Howard Napier; his father-in-law Bill Johnson; his brother Philip Bert Napier; his son David Wayne Napier, Jr.; his grandsons, Brady Wayne Couch and Freddy Wayne Noah Napier; and his nephew Austin William Napier.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Johnson Napier; his siblings, Daniel Napier (Theresa), Willie Napier, Jr. and Mary Ruth Roark (Manford); his siblings-in-law, David Johnson (Karla) and Debbie Gross (Jeff); his mother-in-law Joann Johnson; his grandchildren, David Couch, Polly Grigsby (Austin), Joshua Couch, Hailey Napier, Kaitlin Roberts (Ben), Cheyenne Browning (Junior), Courtney Begley (Nick) and Matt Hacker; Billy Wayne Napier (Amanda), Dana Hill (Robin) and Misty Couch (Brady). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and friends.
