She is survived by: her children, Travis Slusher (Melanie) of Roark, KY and Jani Gail Sizemore (Zachary) of Clinton, TN.; and her siblings, Kenneth Smith (Jan) of Roark, KY, Raymond Smith (Nancy) of McKee, KY and Edith Smith of McKee, KY..
