She was predeceased by: her parents, Estil Hackney and Catherine Hackney; her husband Charles Helton Crawford; and her brother Ronald Hackney. She is survived by: her children, Karen Roy (Ken) of Science Hill and Doug Crawford (Linda) of Eubank; her grandchildren, Amanda Sears (Jamie), Logan Crawford (Lexi), Kailie Vanhooser (Aiden) and Kyle Crawford; her great grandchildren, Reed and Vince Crawford; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Hackney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Etna Cemetery Fund.
