She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Phillips; her siblings, Henry, Benny, Johnny, Jeff, Virgil Maxwell, Artie, Pauline, Maggie, Dillie and Ella; and her son-in-law Roy Whitehead.
She is survived by: her children, Lowell Phillips (Kay), Gary Phillips (Donna), Allen Phillips (Sherry), Hazel Whitehead, Wilma Jean Whitehead (Glenn), Kathy Spurlock (Jeff), Rita Phillips and Juanita Sisk (Joseph Michael); her nieces, Audrey Waters, Lois Matthews, Norma Bennett and Wanda Jonda; and her nephew Larry Maxwell. She is also survived by grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
