He is survived by: his wife Fonnie Blevins; his children, Greg Blevins (Nicole) of Somerset, KY, Dustin Blevins (Jana) of Eubank, KY and Heidi Hubble (Alan) of Eubank; his grandchildren, Allie Blevins, Addison Blevins, Bentley Blevins, Chloe Hubble, Ansley Blevins, Willa Hubble and Caselynn Hubble; his siblings, Marsha Mounce (Bill) of Eubank, KY, Denny Blevins (Teresa) of Marion, Danny Blevins (Linda), Dennis Blevins (Debbie) and Tommy Blevins (Sheri); and his uncle Vernon "Doc" Blevins of Eubank, KY.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
