She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Heater and Sadie Elizabeth Carr Heater; her husband John Zupancic; her son John Anthony Zupancic; and her siblings, Harold Heater, Frank Heater, Sarah Slocum and Claudia Louise Heater.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Zupancic (Linda) of Brodhead, KY, Mary Dawson (Arthur) of Somerset and Cindy Neeley (David) of Eubank; her grandchildren, Amanda Dawson, Michael Zupancic (Jessica) and Jessica Clark (Jimmy); her great grandchildren, Dwayne Clark, MaKenzie Clark and Cheyenne; and her great great grandchild Harley. She is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
