He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Keith and Ella B. Keith (Hughes); his sons, Gary and Timmy Keith; and his siblings, Charles Keith and Carmel Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Keith; his daughters, Tabatha Baker of Eubank, KY, Kim Marcum (Randall) of Switzer, WV and Jamie Browning (Darrell) of Dempsey Branch, WV; and his siblings, Michael Keith (Rosetta) of Eubank, KY, Charlene Creakman of Chapmanville, WV and Brenda Denninson (Walkie) of Sutton, WV. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
